In line with the school vision of ”an open-minded community that fosters lifelong learning in a global context” the libraries at SIS reflect the multicultural nature of the school and the diverse perspectives of our students. Resources aim to cover a range of reading needs, identities and experiences, creating students who are informed global citizens with good critical thinking skills.

Materials form part of a balanced collection to support the curriculum and interests of the SIS student community, both local and international.

We welcome suggestions for possible new acquisitions – feel free to contact us or leave a suggestion in the box on the library reception area.

If you have books you would like to donate, please email or drop in a list of potential titles so we can let you know which books are of interest. We really appreciate donations which help build the collection, but sadly cannot take everything.
